Matrix Vérité is a publishing company devoted to health freedom related issues. We, as
concerned consumers, are dedicated to presenting our readers with books, documentaries and various print
materials, that provide knowledge to better survive in the jungle we call our health care system.
In collaboration with internationally renowned authors and cinematographers, we have developed an
interesting array of educational and informative products.

Shipping Conditions
Retail Canadian Prices: All prices are in Canadian dollars, with an estimated US dollar value shown as a guideline only due to exchange rates, which are changing constantly.
Be sure to check our Monthly Specials, and Best Buy Featured Products. Most products are available by the case with 15% off our regular prices. Persons 55 or over receive 10% off all regularly priced items with proof of age. (mail, fax or e-mail driver's license, birth certificate or passport for our file in order to get this discount)
Discounts are not cumulative. You will get the single best discount off the regular price.
There may be a heavy weight surcharge of $0.80/ per item shown in the shopping cart in some cases. When shipped by post there is an insurance charge. CANADA - $1.20 for the first $100.00 - $0.55 for each successive $100.00 of the product. USA / EXPORT - $1.20 per $100.00 of the product.
Taxes: All applicable taxes are additional, export sales are tax-exempt. Tax codes are the last digit of our product numbers e.g. - 0's no tax, 1's GST only, 2's is PST and GST, 3's is PST only. Note - out of province shipments are not charged PST.
Minimum Order: Minimum order is $ 25.00. Please note that all prices are subject to change without prior notice. Actual price charged may vary from internet and / or listed prices.
Shipping Costs from our Canadian Warehouse:
[a] In Canada and to the continental USA - there is a $7.50 CAD shipping and handling fee by post. If a client requests courier each delivery will quoted individually and charged the actual cost plus our normal fee.
[b] On export orders [othet than the continental USA] the actual shipping costs are billed plus a our regular handling fee for export orders of $10.00.
Payment Policy: We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or prepayment by money order. All sales are final.
Claims: All claims for freight damage must be reported to the freight carrier and our order desk within 48 hours of receipt.
Our company is not responsible for damages caused by the freight company and / or regulartory officials, or acts of nature.
Hours: We are open 9:00 am to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday, and 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays to provide assistance.
Returns: Returns must have prior written approval. All authorized returns will be subject to a 15% restocking charge - please note no exceptions unless due to our error, or our supplier's error. Expired, opened, or perishable products cannot be returned. All returns require prior management approval and the client is responsible for return freight costs.
